Deb Dulin is the owner and creative director of Dulin Design. Deb always had a love of hand-lettering, and imagined herself designing greeting cards. One day in high school, her art teacher saw her sketches and gave her a book on lettering. Deb’s teacher helped her realize that she could develop this passion into something more than just a hobby. She then proceeded to UMBC to receive her Bachelor’s in Graphic Design.
Deb has 15 years’ experience in graphic design, focusing on print design and environmental graphics. Combined with a background in project management and a passion for asking questions, she prioritizes clear expectations, schedules and budget to create solutions customized to meet the client’s needs.
Personally, Deb is proud of playing on a women’s rugby team for 11 years, and capped her final season with a trip to Nationals. She carries the commitment and dedication from the field into each project she creates. Along with being a past president and executive board member of Severn River Rugby, she continues to contribute to the club’s efforts to promote rugby regionally. Deb’s English Bulldog, Patches, sleeps 22 hours a day yet somehow found the time to be featured in a book before she did.
As part of Designers Roundtable, an international accountability group for creative professionals, she was recently profiled on their conference site — check out the link here
